The Company has also entered into an agreement with the NIH to license rights to develop and commercialize Cintredekin Besudotox for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and asthma.

NeoPharm has entered into agreements with Georgetown University to license rights to develop and commercialize the drug product candidates in our NeoLipid® Platform, including LEP-ETU and LE-rafAON.
